Just two weeks ago I attended the Condo Experts meeting at One Thousand Museum. Our group meets once per month to view a new project and discuss market conditions and trends. Developments such as Zaha Hadid's One Thousand Museum which has a known "Starchitect", are in demand in Miami. There are currently quite a few well-known name projects and still more to come.
