A MESSAGE TO MY COMMUNITY

I hope this message finds your family and you healthy and well. We are living through extraordinary times, unprecedented in our history and very surreal.

On a personal note, staying in, working from home and trying to do my part by shopping for my elderly neighbors.

This is an important time in our lives. It brings about many opportunities for growth.
Below are various inspirational notes, fun things to do and charities you can give to during this time.

I'm learning new skills and fine- tuning my marketing programs.  FaceTime and Zoom are my new best friends!

I have had a listing appointment on FaceTime and weekly Zoom calls with my Sotheby's office, Condo Experts, Master Broker and Sotheby's Exceptional colleagues about how best to help our clients.

Real estate transactions are still taking place - just handled a bit differently. With social distancing in mind and technology tools in place I am able to host virtual open houses, bring buyers into your home through the use of 3D tours and sell your home effectively and efficiently through virtual reality. Mortgage rates have reached an all-time low and the window is open for real estate transactions.

As the situation further develops I will continue to adhere to best practices while keeping your interest at heart.

Wishing you and your family well. Please Stay Safe!
- Joelle

As the coronavirus continues to spread in the United States and across the world, government and health officials are recommending people practice social distancing and stay home as much as possible.

The CDC is encouraging people to postpone or cancel any gatherings of 50 or more people until May.

Although these guidelines and restrictions have only been in place for a week or less in many places, people are already starting to feel worn down by the mundane nature of life at home.

Luckily, there is no shortage of free, virtual experiences in which people can partake to make them feel like they're experiencing outdoor life.

Here's a running list of the free and fun things you can do online to pass the time during the coronavirus pandemic.

Going into a self-quarantine can have many complex issues and complications beyond having enough food and supplies for two weeks. In terms of entertainment, it also probably means you're in for a lot of boredom, a lot of Netflix, and a lot of browsing the internet.

But there is a way to get a little culture and education while you're confined to your home. According to Fast CompanyGoogle Arts & Culture teamed up with over 2500 museums and galleries around the world to bring anyone and everyone virtual tours and online exhibits of some of the most famous museums around the world..

Now, you get "go to the museum" and never have to leave your couch.

TESTIMONIALS
"Working with Joelle was an absolute pleasure. We bought and sold one unit in six months for a substantial gain, Then repurchase a newer better "Off the Market" unit. She is tenacious and honest and has the utmost integrity. The key is to trust their ways and it will all come together. She knows the market well and is "in the know" of deals happening. The people that make up this business are hard working and accurate. I chose Joelle for all these reasons and is my realtor I will continue to use in the future."
